      Interview

It was a wonderful and smooth process. I enjoyed the group interview process. The Overview was given and then asked about my credentials, and I respond to their licensing questions.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at TTEC

      Interview

Waste of time. It turns out that my interview was a presentation to a group of about ten people on Zoom. The position is only temporary and has no health insurance benefits. At the end of the presentation, the recruiter asks if you want to accept or decline the offer. I declined. My concerns: Temp Job. This is a temporary position with no end date known. It means they can end your employment at any time. Schedule. You don't know what your hours will be until you are in training. It can be any day of the week and change at any time. Schedule adherence. This means that your entire day is planned for you - every single break, lunch, training, question time, etc. If you deviate from your pre-established schedule, you are considered out of compliance even if a long call goes through a break. The reviews emphasize how much ttech micromanages their employees. If there is an equipment breakdown, you don't get paid. Bonus plan. The bonus plan is an unknown. Legitimate companies are transparent and its a red flag. The recruiter just said the sales bonus plan is discussed on day 1. According to one employee review, only about half of the team usually makes a bonus. No PTO. No PTO for the first 90 days. No health insurance. In one of the reviews, the employee stated that they were told they were not eligible for health insurance because they are temps. Then, when they became permanent employees, they were told that they missed open enrollment. This is another huge red flag for me. Please read employee reviews. I scanned up to page, 19and I had to stop. I could not go on because the horrific experiences shared were so negative. The company makes as little commitment to you as possible. You are just a number, which results in massive attrition. Note: These are my personal opinions based on my experience and what I read from current and former employees on Glassdoor.
