I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at TTEC (Bacolod City) in Sep 2019
Interview
It was fast paced but I had to wait for a while since it was a line up batch of interviewees on that day. The first interview was one on one. While on the second one we were practicing how well you understand the instructions when taking calls with a fellow interviewee. After that we were informed to wait for the results of our application and after that we were provided of a list of requirements need for pre employment.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TTEC in May 2026
Interview
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC (Galveston, TX) in Feb 2026
Interview
The "interview" process was odd and incredibly unfair. You don't speak to anyone - it's just you answering their questions and video recording yourself, answering questions on their assessments, all while your camera is turned on and they (and warn you) snap photos of you along the way to ensure you aren't cheating or switching tabs.
