The interview is a Zoom meeting with about 30 other people. A few videos are played that don't really tell you anything about the job or company. We were split into groups of five ish people and a person asked questions from a script and we took turns answering. The interviewers couldn't really answer questions about the job or even what we would be doing. It was a strange experience but not stressful or anything.

Question 1
I was asked whether I had experience working as a CSR, experience working remotely, then a cliche interview question-when did you overcome a challenge and how did you do it.
I applied online. I interviewed at TTEC (Glendale, AZ) in Feb 2021
Interview
The interview was extensive, the background check was exhausting and very, very thorough. But guess what? This company is amazing! The hiring process is indicative of how much this company values protecting their clients, customers and agents. I am very pressed. The training has been delivered in a pattern and cadence that has helped me learn more than when I worked for the government and it was delivered in a passionate, informative way. I enjoying this new journey
