I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at TTEC (Greeley, CO) in Sep 2012
Interview
Applied online and instantly (within a business day) received an email asking me to set up an interview. There was the option of 4 interview times Monday - Friday. I was a little surprised no one personally contacted me or set up an interview.
When I arrived to the interview there were a few other people there to be interviewed as well. We were given a test over the computer to test our previous knowledge about technology, customer service, and general common sense. The test was fairly easy and the questions I seemed to not know seemed unimportant in the test.
After getting a high enough score on the test, I was finally called back for an interview.
The first questions had to do with troubleshooting.. for example "what would you do if someone couldn't get their computer to work".
The questions led into more "about me" and general interview questions. These questions all seemed to blend together and basically was the same question over and over. During this part of the interview, I believe the point was just to see how you react under pressure.

Question 1
"Tell me a time when you had to overcome a difficult obstacle"
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TTEC in May 2026
Interview
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC (Galveston, TX) in Feb 2026
Interview
The "interview" process was odd and incredibly unfair. You don't speak to anyone - it's just you answering their questions and video recording yourself, answering questions on their assessments, all while your camera is turned on and they (and warn you) snap photos of you along the way to ensure you aren't cheating or switching tabs.
