I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TTEC (Greeley, CO) in Jul 2012
Interview
Initial contact made pretty quickly -- the day after filling out the application, I believe. There was a pre-employment test, to check customer service skills, phone skills, math, and basic computer navigation. A successful test led to a brief interview, and an offer was made that day. I was given a copy of the written job offer, which had information about when my training class would start.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TTEC in May 2026
Interview
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC (Galveston, TX) in Feb 2026
Interview
The "interview" process was odd and incredibly unfair. You don't speak to anyone - it's just you answering their questions and video recording yourself, answering questions on their assessments, all while your camera is turned on and they (and warn you) snap photos of you along the way to ensure you aren't cheating or switching tabs.
