Had a phone interview with recruiter, after that had a face to face interview with the Director, and a training manager, then had a 'Teach Back' with the director, and two Training Managers

They asked how to deal with Attendance issues in the class.
The interview was very clear and concise. I was able to answer all of th questions as it's related to the job that I am applying for. They are very direct to the point.

be prepared. The HR responded early and scheduled meetings with the managers. it was a fairly simple process. I was interview by two TQM. They asked about my experience in Customer service sector. The kind of company culture I liked. I was ;provided a deep dive as to what the company does.
