Very easy. Phone interview with everyday interview questions. Email sent to do computer system check. Must have phone line, internet, etc. Have your own headset (approved by them) and landline phone. Their headset equipment is shipped to you.

mostly online questions about grammar skills and conversation situations of typical call center agents spread over one hour online some are multiple choice and you must select the better option, many are badly worded on purpose to confuse applicants. Some questions give 3 choices that you must rate best worst or neutral.

Simple, showed up, downloaded an app, clicked a few things (are you 18 or older, do you speak English, etc.), then a 15 min interview of basic questions. I was lied to about hours, dress code, remote/hybrid opportunities, and training.

The interview itself was about an hour long. It was quick and easy. You start off by watching a few videos then you are broke down to griots in break out rooms. The recruiter will ask 2-3 questions to all the people in the group.
