Step 1: Initial phone screening with a recruiter. Feels you out - What are you looking for in a career/company? Comfortable working on teams and in-office? Salary expectations? Step 2: On-site interview with hiring managers. They ask questions behavioral questions and for specific examples that would demonstrate proficiency in said behavior (i.e. communication, problem solving, etc)
