Interview
1. Phone Screen
- Basic questions
- 30 minutes to an hour reviewing resume
2. In Person
- 1 hour meeting with the Director
- Reviewing resume
3. Half Day
- Meet with people in the office to learn more about the job
- Meeting with Director at the beginning and end of the day
- View of the morning Red Zone meeting
- Panel interview with 3-5 people
4. Sometimes one additional interview with the RVP or Director
- Review of the process
- Address any additional concerns
5. Offer
- Not much room for negotiation with this company, but great training
It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
