Two phone interviews and an in person interview. All of these interviews were 30 minutes to an hour long. They did give me a bit of a run around where they scheduled an interview and then cancelled it due to hiring changes but retracted that about a week later

Give a time where you implemented advice or coaching from a superior?
It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
