I had an interview on Teams with a Recruiter Lead. This was probably the most bizarre interview I’ve had. Not once did she ask questions about my professional background or anything to do with the position I applied for. She asked about my childhood and how I grew up, what schools I went, extracurricular. Would definitely NOT recommended this company if this is how they interview for an internal position.
It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.

they used STAR type questions like "Tell me about a time when..."
