I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at TEKsystems (Orlando, FL) in Nov 2020
Interview

Interviewing here is very casual feeling, usually 3 steps. You start with a group interview with a Manager and team lead, talk about your experience, what you like to do, what you think the job will be like and what it actually is.
You then do a half day shadow with a current recruiter who tells you about there day to day and gives you a bit more insight.
Lastly, a second interview with the DBO and another manager that is more probing. This is where they really want to see if you are going to be a good fit for the company/job

Interview
It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
