Interview
Had an initial phone screen with a recruiter based in Phoenix that lasted about 30 minutes. After that I was brought on to an onsite that lasted about an hour and then shadowed a few different key members of the team until noon.
It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
