I applied online to begin the process. Then I was contacted by a hiring representative to schedule a phone interview. The next week I received a phone interview to provide basic information pertaining to my skills, the job opportunity and how I could be a good fit for the company.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked generic questions such as:
- why I want this position
- why I am a good candidate for this position
- what is an example of a problem I faced at work and how did I resolve the issue
It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
