Straightforward, fast-paced. As long as you are prepared in terms of technicals you should be good. I'd also recommend you read up on recent market trends and M&A activity before interview.

The overall interview process was relatively easy, with many straightforward and simple questions. My interviewer was extremely polite and gave me the time I needed to answer questions. Each interview, apart from the super day, took only 30 minutes.

Difference between product group and industry group

Screener, first round with 2 bankers (mostly behaviorials), second round (very difficult technicals), and spd with 4 senior bankers in their office. Everyone was chill, and most questions went straight from the guide.

Process begins with an initial phone screen with one-to-two Analysts, followed by a 3-round in-person Superday with seniors ranging from Vice Presidents to Managing Directors. Each round includes moderate technicals and behaviors.
