Applied online. Had 3 rounds of interviews, with the team, hiring manager, and VP. The team asked a list of generic HR questions (behavioural). The hiring manager asked a few questions about my previous experience. At the VP stage, you have pretty much gotten the job and its just a formality. The conversation with the VP was very casual, asking about what my future goals are, etc.

Half technical half interpersonal, flexible timing and get access to different levels of the organizational hierarchy. Technical consisted of financial statement analysis, economic questions. Overall, good communication and expected questions, nothing too difficult.
