I applied online and within a week got a call to come in for an interview. Very smooth, met with recruiter. Had a call back for a second interview with branch managers. Offer extended within 2 days.

There was only one store manager in the interview. It was an in person interview. Before that, I also went through a phone interview. Overall, their interview was pretty easy.
