Very smooth. Hiring manager was more interested in my personality. No technical questions. Only how would you handle difficult situations kind of questions. 3 interviews one with another senior planner.
Four times interviews with HR, SRM, BM and VP. Each one take 40 minutes. Talked about previous job performance, reason to the new position and personal goal. Take almost 4 weeks to get the answer.
