Posted my resume online and I got a call from the HR dept. Did a telephone interview, then she told me to take an assessment test online. Got an interview with a regional mgr in a week and the same day another round of interview with the market manager. After a week they made an offered.

Called by recruiter, about an hour interview. Past career success, about the company and role. In person interview with regional manager and store manager. They asked about work life balance, explained company values.

It was encouraging, enlightening and overall very positive. I enjoyed the clear lines of communication and how nice I was treated. Overall it was a great experience. I thanked them kindly for their time and we left on a positive note!!!!!!!!!
