Applied on the internal posting. Recruiter reached out and set up a 1 on 1 Interview. Very simple process. The questioning was pretty standard for a sales position in a bank.

It is very hard. Lots of behavior questions and examples to proof. And will ask what would you do if in this situation. And some investment questions. Like TFSa, resp, etc.

The first step is a phone call with a recruiter with basic questions, then you will have different video calls with Managers with behavioral questions. The overall interview process is straight forward but don’t expect them to get back to you wich shows a very poor work culture.
