It was a really long process, and there were many people I had to meet. That said, I think TD and their leadership take the culture there very seriously and sometimes the longer route means that better vetting can happen. The greatest challenge was the HR process specifically - the responsiveness of the HR rep and being kept aware of stages and processes. The hiring manager was able to provide details that the HR rep wasn't.
