Good interview process they asked great questions and really tried to get to know me and understand my fit on the team - something that not many banks do. Technicals took more of a back seat
Quick and behavioural focused interview - friendly and asked a lot of questions that required STAR answer methodology. Finished the interview under an hour, and overall very positive experience. Went with another offer as it aligned better with my career goals.
