I was hired from within. Our systems are very complicated and management prefers to hire from within people who are familiar with them. Once they decide you are qualified, have good references and good personality, you are in.

Question 1
On 2nd interview, manager checked if I remembered information given to me over the first interview by a different manager. It was important that I pay attention.

Interview
The interview process was 4 rounds: one with HR, one with hiring manager, one with their manager, and one with potential team member. All of them were chill and pretty simple.
