I applied for the role via an ad placed by a recruiter. Shortly afterwards I was called for an in-person interview with the hiring manager. It was a 1 to 1 chat about previous experience. The questions were mostly situational type ("Tell me about a time when you did..."), and I felt I answered everything satisfactorily.
Unfortunately, the recruiter was unable to get any feedback from the hiring manager and I never heard from them again.
I feel treating candidates like this is very poor, and put a negative slant on what would have otherwise been a neutral interview process.
