      Application

      I applied online. I interviewed at T-Mobile

      Interview

After applying online I received a call for an interview about a couple weeks later. I looked into the position as much as I could, but with it being relatively new, I didn't really know what to expect from the interview. The interview started out with just me and a manager, but an assistant manager joined perhaps halfway through. The person conducting the interview showed me about 2 pages of information regarding the job and asked me a couple of basic questions like if I'm detail oriented and stuff about my work experience. What kind of threw me off was being asked if I had any questions. After looking over the printed out job description and reading into it as much as I could, I really didn't have much to ask. All in all, the interview was much more casual expected. At its brief conclusion I was told they would be making their decision the following week and that they still had a few more interviews to do. With my lack of questions I felt I didn't make much of an impression. However, I felt they weren't any better prepared for the interview either. I knew I didn't have the job after the next week ended, but it took months until I received one of those automated "you didn't get the job" e-mails, furthering my suspicions that this particular store wasn't ran very well.
