I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at T-Mobile in Feb 2022
Interview
I first completed an individual hireview and then had a virtual interview with the team I was interviewing to join. I did not have to do any case or problem solving; only behavioral questions were asked.

Question 1
Why are you interested in working in this department?
Nice interview, mostly behavioral questions that were pretty typical of the interview. The hiring manager was very interested in my experience and my work, which made the interview enjoyable. But overall questions were pretty straightforward, and using the star method was super helpful in answering questions.
