I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at T-Mobile
Interview
Typical high-level recruiter questions followed by an "AI" based computer screening. Be prepared to be interviewed by a computer, which will offer a grossly oversimplified palette of solutions to complex management situations.

Question 1
How would you handle an employee who resigned and then wanted to withdraw the resignation? Ignore the typos in the instructions as proper grammar is apparently beyond the ability of the "AI-based" interviewer's creators.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Bellevue, WA) in Nov 2017
Interview
In Person Interview at their Bellevue office. There were 3 different interviews. 1st one with the Hiring Manager and Director, 2nd one with one of their Senior Managers and 3rd one was again with a Senior Manager. It seemed like they were unprepared to do the interviews. One of the Senior Managers who has a lady seemed disinterested in the process and was constantly texting during the interview and the other one was rushing out of the door to Home. Very Unprofessional. I am so pissed that , I am changing the cellular network provider from T-Mobile to a different service provider. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAVE NO RESPECT FOR MY TIME.
