It went smoothly, got the job immediately. They asked me to go in on a Wednesday and bring a resume, I answered some questions about availability, etc. The interview lasted about half an hour and they gave me an offer right away.

Over the phone quick easy. One with the TD and the current owner of the system, where we talked through the current state of affairs and what I'd do to fix it.
The second was with the Director of HR and the President, where we just had a conversation about values, culture, and what I was like as a person. They asked what my salary expectations were, I gave them my dream number.
