So i took in my resume because the onkine application denied me employment (which i dont understand) i have alot of customer experience just not retail experience which may be the reason it was denied anyways i found that taking in a resume will give you better results i left a resume and called back within a week and was told to go into an interview (awesome!) the man was cool to talk to i felt comftorble he sat me down and discussed about himself and about the company and what they offer which is 50% of what you sale plus 9.50 the hour he pretty muched asked if i was ok with full time and ofcourse i said yes because who wouldnt want to work at tmobile with full time plus hourly and commission right?! So getting to the end he advised me we would need to do a background check and if all clears i mean i pretty much got the job and advised he would call me the next day or 2 days so i called the next day because im really impatient ! I called and he told me to go in to fill the paperwork to do a background check so i did he then advised i would start the online courses which is one on one with one of thier teams and advised it would be an actual class with other people (sweeeet) however now unfortunately i get a call a day before im supposed to go in to tell me the company is dealing with something promotional wise and i would have to wait a month to even get started so i kind of bummed out i dont know if this has ever happened to anybody if it has please tell me why? I freakin love tmobile and its a company i wouldnt want to miss out on!😭

Interview
Over the phone quick easy. One with the TD and the current owner of the system, where we talked through the current state of affairs and what I'd do to fix it.
The second was with the Director of HR and the President, where we just had a conversation about values, culture, and what I was like as a person. They asked what my salary expectations were, I gave them my dream number.
