After the interview process and the assessment test they have a screening which is very very thorough so make sure you have all the correct information otherwise you will not pass the background test. Your employment history must be exact dates or else they will assume you are not telling the truth as well with your past salary. They didn't specify what they wanted, claiming a flexible schedule and really emphasizing hiring women, and the whole point is not to check all the boxes. I only asked for Sundays off, and they said they specifically needed me for those days.
