A recruiter responded back about a day later from my application. Did a short phone screening with the recruiter for about 10 mins asking about weaknesses and strengths, why I wanted to work there, then talked about the job description and duties. A week later had a video interview with the hiring manager which did not go well, they only really cared if I could do all the duties and responsibilities right away and did not ask me much about who I was as a person and how I could be a fit. The second interview ended abruptly in 15 minutes.

Submitted resume online, called by a recruiter asking background questions, and why I think I would be a fit for the position. Asked about relocation, expected salary range, what I have done in the past that would make me successful, why do I want to work for Sysco
