Very detailed but nice supervisors that held three part interview followed by test. After interview call back was quick. Then offer was made followed by the training and started in the position where training continued in a team involved environment.

Interview
I first received a phone interview from a recruiting agent at the home office in Texas. She forwarded my resume to the local office and arranged an interview time. The in person interview was with the manager and head of the accounting department. Both were very nice and open. It was a behavioral style interview for both parts. I was told at the end I would hear back from the recruiter about the next step in the process. I only received an email tell me that they went with another candidate.

Question 1
The interview started with small talk about myself and little information about the position. Here are a couple of the questions I can remember from the interview. Give an example of a time you had to deal with a difficult customer. Tell me about a time you had too many things to do and you were required to prioritize your tasks. A lot of questions about my previous position and how I handled various aspects. Questions were very typical.
