Looks like the Synechron interview process is a scam. I got shortlisted twice with this company. First round was a glider test, then a screening interview and a technical interview. Then there were no updates from the recruiter. This same scenario happened twice . The recruiter said "we will let you know when the client gives a date for the interview" but then they don't respond to mails and calls.
