I applied online in May 2017. One week later I completed a phone interview. I scheduled an in person interview two weeks later. My interview was with a friendly and knowledgeable gentleman who offered me the position after asking me a series of traditional and behavioral interview questions. This offer was contingent upon a background check which consisted of a urine drug test, employment/education check, and a criminal background check that included FBI fingerprinting.

I applied online and took an assessment(which took about 45 min). After completing and passing assessment I was given the option online to schedule a phone interview(I scheduled 2 days later). The phone interview consists of the recruiter providing the job description, rate of pay, and potential schedule. I was asked about 5 questions, afterwards placed on hold to be provided with a decision if i would proceed further. I was invited for an onsite interview, which took place a few days later. My onsite interview was with one person, she was very professional and very helpful. I was asked a series of questions from a packet, which took about 40 min. I was contacted the following day with an offer contingent a drug and background test.
