The HR contacted me via LinkedIn, telling me the job responsibility, work remotely, salary and compensation. He thought my skills and experience fit the position. However the company didn't provide the visa sponsorship (even no H1B transfer). He's happy to see any other position which provides sponsorship in the future. Overall, the interview is good.
