- brief online application at company website
- email invite for 1-hr timed test, taken online
- email invite to fill-out lengthy, formal online application, plus permission for background check
- email invite for 15-minute telephone interview, scheduled online-- took place a few days later
- at end of telephone interview, invited to an on-site interview the next day
- 75-minute on-site interview
- several hours later received phonecall from HR with offer pending successful background check and drug screen

Interview process was easy with basic customer service questions. Early interactions suggested a friendly culture, but extended training exposed stricter expectations and a less supportive environment than originally presented. Straightforward customer service questions. The culture initially felt friendly, but the tone shifted during the long training period. Expectations became less clear, and the environment felt more pressured than advertised.
It was a telephonic interview, Confirmed details like adress,dob,and weather fresher or employed.
