Applied for a vacancy online. HR contacted me first and she was very nice. Then an interview with technical lead Ilya was scheduled. He is a very pleasant person and has competently explained the essence of the product. The next step was to complete the test task, after which I was invited to the office for a final interview.
After 1.5 months from the first touch, I received a stereotyped letter about my unwillingness to move on, which was very disappointing to me, because I was expecting detailed feedback about my tests and about me as a candidate. I don’t even understand what exactly they didn’t like about my candidacy. The company does not understand who they are looking for and just wasting time. This greatly spoiled the impression of the company.

Interview
I went through the four stages, and also did a design assessment/take-home task. This took about a month and a week.
Why? (That's the problem), the feedback was about my years of experience and background, surely they knew how many years of experience I have since my first call with the recruiter? Why did they move me forward and even have me do a task? Recently I saw that the job posting is open again and clearly they don't know what they want.
