I went through the four stages, and also did a design assessment/take-home task. This took about a month and a week. Why? (That's the problem), the feedback was about my years of experience and background, surely they knew how many years of experience I have since my first call with the recruiter? Why did they move me forward and even have me do a task? Recently I saw that the job posting is open again and clearly they don't know what they want.
