There was a telephonic round where first level of elimination was conducted. Once I was confirmed am through I was called for face to face technical and HR round. First 45 mins there was a technical round and then upto 30 mins of HR round. Offer letter was rolled out to me 3 days later.

I was contacted while I was in Mexico, I was contacted from the SVAM's India office, and the people from HR were always really kind and understanding. My first technical interview was programmed to be in English from a guy working in USA. The main problem is that they are not very clear about benefits and you have to ask everything to be sure.

For mexican citizens they started with an email from a person whos name is "Pablo Lopez". He's from India, it's not his real name, but they used this "strategy" to make the Interview process "more comfortabe".
After a couple of emails and 1 phonecall they sent you the job offer to your email and they explain salary and benefits you're going to have.
