Always take your time before answering the question, ask them to repeat the question if you did not understand it.Speak slowly and just relax, take deep breaths.Same as any interview nothing too different, asked about work experiences, background, education, how I will apply to the job, case studies etc.

Interview seemed good ! Very nice unit manager and clinical coordinator. There was as a "quiz" post interview, questions pertaining to nursing interventions etc. Still waiting to hear back,pt ratios seem better than most places.
