Really easy interview process! The first interview was an automated phone call. Questions were asked and you had to record a brief answer after the beep. The telephone interview was basically a screening (short simple questions). The second interview was face to face. There were two people in the room and one was the branch manager.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had to try and get a customer to buy something they did not want?
Lots of questions. They were looking for a student still in college to work part time which I was and then they didn’t like the fact that I had class for one full day and couldn’t work that day.

Asked the typical questions manager brought in teller coordinator then folow up call with area manager then received offer letter then follow up with manager to talk about training, benefits and when I would start

Interview
The process was very simple. You show up and wait for them to come out and you are interviewed by 1-2 members of the bank. They each ask you a few questions and then ask if you have any questions.
