I was contacted by a recruiter via Handshake to apply. The whole process took about a month. Had a phone screening with the recruiter. Next round was a letter of interest with role specific questions and a recorded interview, followed by a Zoom interview with a manager. Then for the final round I had to complete a trial activity and another Zoom interview. The whole process moved swiftly until the end where I was left hanging for a week after the date they told me I would hear by. No one responded to any emails at this point and then the job posting was pushed out again by the original recruiter. Obviously I assumed this meant I didn’t get the job, but to check I reached out to that recruiter and he finally called me a few days later to confirm that I was not offered the position. Had a great experience until the end which seemed unprofessional given the amount of hoops they made me jump through for a position that had low pay to begin with.
