Intense interview process. The organization seeks to learn more about you and the the way you handle pressure. Be prepared to think through situations. It's a group interview and a lot of things will be simulated as if you are at a school working with a team of teachers.
Online interview, was presented a question, had a few moments to come up with my answer to camera as it was recorded. I bombed this portion but still moved on. then had an interview with a recruiter, then another with the principal of the school I would be at

It was a horrible interview. They asked about how my parents disciplined me as a child and focussed on how comfortable I am with disciplining and punishing kids. It was really just an uncomfortable experience and I did not get a good vibe or positive insight into the organization.

Very lengthy group interview. Prepare to be there for 6 hours or more. The first set of interviews is in a group. Once they are interested in you, you will select a location they will send you to that specific location for an interview to meet the principal and staff.
