Interview
The interview process was absolutely amazing! From reviews on this site, I was very nervous as I have never applied for a teaching position before but from the moment I got my first email saying I have been invited to an on-demand interview and then invited to NYC to interview, every interaction I had with the recruiters at success was amazing and made me so comfortable! You first walk in and the first presentation was amazing!! From the benefits, pay, professional development, mission and the training you receive, you want this job more than ever! We are then brought to another room and given a scenario based on behavior management which made me nervous but you are given a second try (along with everyone else) to correct the feedback given! Then you are split up into two groups & you interview with a recruiter then given a laptop to answer 2 short answer questions! Once finished, you are free to go and given a call in a week!

The interview was timed online. They give you time to think about your question and then you have to turn on your camera and record yourself. This was the first round interview.

Question 1
There asked hypothetical questions on teaching methodologies
It was a series of two interviews. One was a group interviews while one was a one on one interview as well as a video that one had to record to answer additional questions
Group interview with behavioral and then also a sample of discipline. We were asked typical behavioral interview style questions like tell me about yourself, name a time you failed. It was kind of awkward because all interviewees would take turn answering. We were not given the opportunity to aak the interviewers any questions
