Interview
This was a group interview with around 30 people split into four groups. They told you about how their schools work and then had you go around in a circle and take turns disciplining one of the staff members as if you were disciplining a disruptive student. This was followed by a short one-on-one interview and straightforward written portion.

There asked hypothetical questions on teaching methodologies
It was a series of two interviews. One was a group interviews while one was a one on one interview as well as a video that one had to record to answer additional questions
Group interview with behavioral and then also a sample of discipline. We were asked typical behavioral interview style questions like tell me about yourself, name a time you failed. It was kind of awkward because all interviewees would take turn answering. We were not given the opportunity to aak the interviewers any questions
