I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Success Academy Charter Schools (New York, NY) in Mar 2018
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me in linkedin and suggested to apply to the education coordinator position. Following day I receive an invitation for a phone interview. The interview was behavioral, asking questions about education philosophy, how I would work with children with disabilities, how I work in a team environment.
After the interview I was given a 2-part assignment and scheduled a second interview. The task was simple and did not take too long to complete. The interview was through video and the interviewer was very friendly, professional, and very engaged. I received an offer the following day.

Easy and professional--I first had a phone screener, then a more formal interview, followed by "trial" task, and then a final interview. I received a call with a formal offer a few days later

Interview
Spoke on the phone where they asked about various questions about my background, a time that I failed, a time I incorporated feedback, etc. However the interviewer gave nothing to the conversation. Her responses would be a monotone "that's great. next question" and obviously didn't have a great impact on me. The school is great, but maybe they need better interviewers.
