I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Success Academy Charter Schools (New York, NY) in Feb 2018
Interview
I was initially contacted by a recruiter who suggested a couple of roles I could apply for--I applied for the Education Coordinator position. From there I had an initial interview for the position. Following the initial interview, I was sent several trial activities to complete and then I had a final interview. The biggest surprise to me was that the final interview focused more on my past experiences than on the trial activities. I completed all interview steps virtually.

Interview
Easy and professional--I first had a phone screener, then a more formal interview, followed by "trial" task, and then a final interview. I received a call with a formal offer a few days later
I applied online. I interviewed at Success Academy Charter Schools
Interview
Spoke on the phone where they asked about various questions about my background, a time that I failed, a time I incorporated feedback, etc. However the interviewer gave nothing to the conversation. Her responses would be a monotone "that's great. next question" and obviously didn't have a great impact on me. The school is great, but maybe they need better interviewers.
