The recruitment process lasted over 6 months.
The hiring manager hasn't shown up to the in-person interview (last one of 3) with no explanation. After the last interview I've been ghosted and the recruiter hasn't responded to my messages. Got an automated email that they're not going forward with my application 3 months after the last interview.

Interview
Entre 3 y 4 entrevistas con managers/senior managers y 1 socio. Mucho foco en casos prácticos. Quizá demasiado hincapié en hard skills y muy poco en aspectos personales/fit, valores y cultura empresarial
Had two rounds of three interviews each, back to back, over two weeks. The first round with managers (one with a SA) and the second with partners at the firm. The process was well managed. The interview consisted of a regular case interview pattern - prompt, analysis recommendation. Nothing unusual.
