Interview
Two rounds of interviews, and each round has 2 sub-interviews. All interviews had a mix of fit interviews (15-20 minutes) and case interview (30-35 minutes). Fit interviews were largely around discussing my background and resume, why consulting, why Strategy&, and some behavioral questions (see below). First round cases were generic and can be from any industry (I had 2 health care industry cases) whereas the second round is specific to the practice you are applying to.

Interview
Entre 3 y 4 entrevistas con managers/senior managers y 1 socio. Mucho foco en casos prácticos. Quizá demasiado hincapié en hard skills y muy poco en aspectos personales/fit, valores y cultura empresarial
Had two rounds of three interviews each, back to back, over two weeks. The first round with managers (one with a SA) and the second with partners at the firm. The process was well managed. The interview consisted of a regular case interview pattern - prompt, analysis recommendation. Nothing unusual.
