The first process for me was a perimetric test. Then I had a motivation and case interview, the second part was together. The case was market sizing. It is not like MBB cases, much shorter (30 minutes)

Very smooth and clear process overall. The recruiter always responded right away in case of any questions. The interview process involves two rounds with two normal case interviews each. Cases were fair and what you would expect at any other strategy consultancy. Before that, I could practice a case with a consultant and receive feedback that I perceived as very valuable. Also after the first round of interviews, I was given feedback which again helped me improve before the final round of interviews with two directors. Along the process, I was assigned a buddy, an experienced consultant, who I could ask any questions. That also helped in getting a feel for the culture. I feel like they put a lot of effort into getting the right people in the team.
